A site broke
It happens. Blocking an ad sometimes takes down something the page depends on.
Right now: click the Adlessio icon and then Pause on this site. Protection stays on everywhere else.
For good: tell us which site it was. We fix the rule and the pause stops being necessary — for you and for everyone.
An ad got through
Our lists cover the main advertising and tracking networks, but no blocker catches everything: new networks appear every week.
If an ad got through, send us the page address. Each report improves the list for every user.
Account and licence
How many devices? The Pro plan covers up to 3 devices on the same subscription. To swap one, remove the old device in My account and install on the new one.
Forgot your password. Use Recover password on the sign-in screen. The code arrives at your registered email.
How do I cancel? In My account, under subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then.
New computer. Install the extension and sign in with the same account. The licence follows the account, not the machine.
Refunds
Within the first 7 days after purchase the refund is full and needs no reason, as required by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code. For purchases made in the European Union the window is 14 days.

Privacy
Adlessio does not read the content of the pages you visit, does not store your history and does not sell any data. Blocking runs inside the browser — our code never sees your traffic.
What we send to the server is listed, with purpose and retention period, in the Privacy policy.
To exercise any data subject right — access, correction, portability, deletion — write to [email protected].
